Retention. Enquiries are retained for 12 months from last contact; records of delivered training are retained for the period required by tax legislation.

Your rights. You may request access, rectification, erasure or restriction of processing, object to processing, and lodge a complaint with the supervisory authority. Providing data is voluntary but necessary for us to respond.
